This is the official blog for the UW-Sprout Campus Garden. UW-Sprout was established as a small pilot garden in 2014.  This growing season, we expanded the growing area to nearly 1/5 an acre.  We hired a student garden manager.  We recruited a staff of students and volunteers.  And we’ve planted lots of veggies!

UW-Stout’s Sustainability Office oversees UW-Sprout’s operations and budget.

Our Mission
